Returns of apparel are accepted when postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost -- so please be sure to check the size chart before placing your order! 
In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Shipping Time: 
This product is made especially for you when you place an order, which is why it takes a bit longer to deliver it. 
Printing products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction & waste!
Most packages arrive within 1 week, but occasionally it can take up to 2 weeks.
So don't dally ... the sooner you order, the sooner you get :)

* The rough draft of your custom art print will be emailed for your approval. 
If you don't entirely love it, I'll re-work it once (with your feedback) for free.

* No returns or exchanges can be accepted for custom art prints or DIY pattern downloads.
